  The manager is the one who made this place get a four instead of a five. He gave the impression that I was going to steal a phone when I asked to see the one we were interested in purchasing. The other consultants that I dealth with save the day and was treated with the upmost respect. They were extremely knowledgeable about Verizon products. The manager gave wrong information to the consultant. The consultant verified the information since he knew different. The consultant was right.
