  It is a tight spot if trucks are parked waiting for dock.
  My appt. was 12noon, arrived at 9:10am. You need ID at window and lady was professional no big smile but not straight out rude. Got a dock at 10:20am they started unloading aaround 10:40am. I was fully loaded and they finished by 12:30pm. Lumpur fee was $320, rather expensive in my opinion.
