    The recorded auto system phone answer is super fast, barely keep up, takes to long to get someone, but then again finally before hanging up they answered only to put me on hold. That was faster then I expected. I asked if my humana insurance coverage is good there. This is what they told me. Come in to see doctor. We will check when you are here. Before I decided to go in I asked them what if my insurance isn't covered and I am seeing the doctor, would I then be billed directly? She said with a hesitation in her voice, Yes! Are you serious? Can't check while I'm on phone. Don't waste your time or your patience with this medical office. It's an absolute Joke!
